Why this site exists
The internet has plenty of red light stores. It doesn't have enough red light explanations.
People routinely buy a device before getting a straight answer to the one question that matters: is this the right form factor for what I want?
Find Your Red Light exists to answer that question earlier — publicly, without a storefront attached. We publish independent guides on how the five categories of red light devices work (full-body beds, masks, panels, handheld, wearables), who they tend to suit, and what considerations matter before you start.
